Heather has been working towards owning her own practice for over a decade, even if she didn’t realize it in the beginning. Sixteen years ago, she started as a Client Services Representative at a very busy and growing veterinary practice in San Rafael while she worked towards becoming an RN. Quickly, she realized that her love for animals, strong customer service skills, and appreciation for veterinary medicine presented another passion to focus on. Applying her education in health sciences and business management to her career in the veterinary field was effortless, and she quickly moved her way up to Hospital Administrator.
After working together for nearly 10 years, Heather and Dr. Radke decided to step out on their own and build the practice they had always dreamed of working at. A practice that provides exceptional care, customer service, and a sense of community.
Heather is a Sonoma County native but has enjoyed working in Marin for the past 20 years. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, gardening, hiking, or relaxing by the pool. She spends weekends with her favorite guys – her husband, son, career change Guide Dog, Great Dane, and a sweet little Siamese kitty.
